摘要
医学微生物学是医学专业留学生的一门重要基础课程,其目的是使医学生掌握病原微生物的基础知识、基本理论和基本实验操作技能,使留学生在学成归国后能很快适应所面临的医师执照考试。在此,我们介绍基于启发式教学、病案教学(Case-Based Learning,CBL)和以问题为导向(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)的综合性启发式教学模式,旨在促进学生对医学微生物学基础知识的深入理解与临床应用。探索医学院校更有效地进行全英文医学微生物学课程教学,更好地适应现代基础医学教育,为医学微生物学的教学改革提供依据。
Medical microbiology is one of the important basic curriculum for international students in medical school.The purpose of the curriculum is to train the comprehensive ability of students to master the speculative knowledge and the basic experimental skills,which is also the requirement to make the international students quickly adapt to the medical licensing examination soon after they returning to their country.We describe here a comprehensive elicitation teaching model including traditional teaching method and case-/problem-based learning.,designed to promote deep understanding and clinical application of basic knowledge in medical microbiology.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the teaching reform of medical microbiology in English,we explored on the curriculum construction of the more effective teaching model for international students to adapt to the modern basic medical education.
