中医学术共同体的自信问题是良好外部环境条件支持下中医学能否取得理想进展的决定性因素;但盲从、自大、自卑、自恋及自赏等都不是自信。学科自信应建立在比较后的事实基础上,借助"他者"视野,通过理性分析产生;理性分析则需借历史方法、逻辑分析、学科难题破解等过程展开。从上述几方面进行了理性尝试,得出了积极结论;强调需知晓在新时代医学不同领域中医学的优势及劣势,只有知己不足者,才能获得自信。分析中医学的自信还需避免一系列认识、思想、态度之陷阱,以确保学科的健康发展。

The self-confidence of the academic community of Traditional Chinese Medicine is Chinese Medicine to achieve the ideal progress with the support of nurturing external environment.However,blind conformity,arrogance,narcissism,inferiority,and self-reward are not self-confidence.Self-confidence within the field should be established on the basis of comparative facts,and it can be generated through rational analysis from the perspective of impartial third parties.Rational analysis must be carried out in the combined logical analysis and disciplinary problem solving.The author made a rational attempt from the above aspects,and came to a positive conclusion.He emphasized that it was necessary to know the advantages and disadvantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in different fields of medicine in the new era.He also emphasized that the self-confidence of Traditional Chinese Medicine needed to be aware of the traps set by conventional understanding,thought and attitude,so as to ensure the healthy development of this subject.
