针麻兴衰的启示与展望

回顾了针麻60年来的兴衰历程,分析了其诞生、发展和几度起伏的原因,肯定了针麻的科学价值与人文价值。针麻的诞生与发展,与政治环境因素密不可分。正是因为政治的推动、政策的扶持,使得针麻几度辉煌;而失去政治的助力,针麻一度沦落。但是,毕竟针麻不是"李森科"式的闹剧,其内在的科学性与实用性,不仅使针麻重回手术室,而且在许多实验室里针麻相关的基础性研究也持续而稳定地进行。针麻热的降温,不是对针麻的根本否定,而是针麻真实面貌的恢复;针麻再度为人们接纳,是基于对针麻的科学认知。通过对针麻兴衰的探寻,有助于我们对中医振兴道路的思索。

The author briefly reviewed the ups and downs of acupuncture anesthesia(AA)in the last 60 years,and analyzed its emergence,development,and the deep reasons of its several ups and downs.This paper affirmed the scientific value and humanistic value of AA.The emergence and development of AA were closely related to political environment.With the promotion of politics and the support of the policy,AA was brilliant in past time;without the help,AA once degenerated.However,after all,AA is not a Lysenko’s farce,and its inherent scientificalness and practicality not only brings itself back to the operating room,but also steadily continues in many laboratories.The cooling of AA hot is not the fundamental negation of acupuncture,but the restoration of the real face of AA.The reintroduction of AA is a scientific recognition of acupuncture.The exploration of the up and downs of AA can contribute to the rejuvenation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
