椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

Research progress in percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar discectomy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

随着经皮椎间孔镜(percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar discectomy,PELD)技术的不断改进与发展,椎间孔镜在腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)治疗中的应用越来越广泛,相比于传统的外科手术而言,现代PELD手术优势十分明显:创伤小,切口6~8 mm,费用低;有效降低了术后腰背部疼痛的发生率。由于国内引进椎间孔镜技术较晚,本文就椎间孔镜在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用作一综述。

With the constant improvement and development,percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar discectomy(PELD)has been increasingly used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Compared to the conventional surgeries,the more recently introduced PELD has significant advantages including minimal invasion,small incision of 6-8 mm,and low cost.It also effectively reduced the incidence of postoperative lower back pain.Considering that PELD has not been introduced to China until recently,this paper reviews the application of PELD in the treatment of LDH.
