大数据对师范生教育实习质量的影响研究

The Impact of Big Data on the Quality of Preservice Teachers' Educational Internship

教育实习是师范生从职前教师向职后教师转变的重要途径,教育实习的质量更是对师范生教学技能的形成有重要影响。目前师范生教育实习过程中还存在很多问题,大数据为教育实习质量提升带来了新机遇。教育实习中产生了数量庞大、类型多样的数据,研究在分析教育实习中产生的各类数据基础上,探索性地建立了集数据采集、分析、评价、反馈等于一体的教育实习平台,期望能为解决教育实习中存在的问题,提高教育实习质量开拓新的思路。

Educational internship is a crucial way for students to transform from pre-service teachers to post-service teachers.The quality of educational internship plays an important role in the formation of students’teaching skills.At present,there are still many problems in the process of pre-service teachers’educational internship;however,big data has brought new opportunities to improve the quality of educational internship.Based on the analyses of all kinds of data generated in the educational internship,this paper explores the establishment of an educational internship platform integrating data collection,analysis,evaluation and feedback.It is expected that the findings of this study may help solve the existing problems in educational internship and offer some new ways to improve the quality of educational internship.
