我国医院医用氧供氧现状调查及改进建议

Survey on status quo of medical oxygen supply to hospitals in China and improvement suggestions

基于全国范围人口稠密地区诸如长三角、京津冀及山东地区的医院集中供液氧气站调查情况,从医院液氧站规模、耗氧情况、订氧频率、紧急后备系统、道路运输等诸方面分析我国医院用液氧现状,并提出了改进措施,以有利于医院可靠、安全用氧;企业可靠、安全供氧,有效规避潜在断氧风险及安全隐患,并对执行中的医用氧国家标准的相应条款提出改善性建议。

Based on the survey of centralized liquid oxygen supply stations installed in the hospitals throughout the densely populated areas in China such as Yangtze River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Shandong region,this paper analyzes the status quo of medical liquid oxygen operation in China in respect to the scale of hospital liquid oxygen station,oxygen consumption,ordering frequency,emergency backup system,road transport and so on.And then it further puts forward improvement measures to benefit both hospitals and suppliers from the enhanced reliability and safety of medical liquid oxygen use and supply,and to effectively prevent potential oxygen interruption risk and safety troubles.In the meanwhile,some improving suggestions are given about the relevant provisions in the national standards of medical oxygen that are in force currently.
