艺术家聚集型村庄公共空间规划策略研究——以北京昌平区下苑村为例

Planning Strategies for Public Space of Artists' Villages——Taking Xiayuan Village in Changping District as an Example

随着社会进步,文化创意产业迅速发展,自发形成许多艺术家聚集型村庄。但由于该类村庄缺少事先规划,在社会关系网络、产业发展、空间利用等方面遇到了不同程度的问题。同时艺术家聚集型村庄与普通村庄存在显著的区别,因此如何对其进行科学合理的规划值得深思。文章以北京昌平区下苑村为例,从村庄空间中村民与艺术家私人空间占地悬殊、公共空间配置与需求不匹配、公共空间品质低下等问题入手,提出匹配人群需求、提升村庄公共空间活力、突出村庄特色、构建多层次的公共空间体系的规划策略。

With the progress of society and the rapid development of cultural and creative industries,many artists'villages have been spontaneously forming.However,due to the lack of planning in advance,some problems have been encountered in social networks,industrial development and space utilization.At the same time,there is a significant difference between the normal villages and the artists'villages,so how to make scientific and rational planning is worth pondering.This paper launches the research on the problems such as the disparity of private space between villagers and artists in the village space,the dislocation of public space between configuration and requirement,the low quality of public space,and puts forward some planning strategies of matching the crowd demand,enhancing the vitality of the village public space,highlighting the village characteristics and building a multi-level public space system.
