青岛芙蓉学堂历史及保护再生设计研究

摘要 历史建筑遗产承载着各种不同层面的集体记忆。山东建筑大学遗产保护专业和青岛市市北区民间文艺家协会一起承担了青岛芙蓉山小学"芙蓉学堂"的保护修复工作。通过采用文献资料整理、组织座谈,深度走访、互联网征集和现场测绘等调研方法,对其从建立到1949年初期这一段时间内的历史沿革进行了更加深入的挖掘,复原了"芙蓉学堂"的历史原貌。在此基础之上,从历史、建筑技术以及建筑艺术3方面对其现存的两栋历史建筑进行了客观的价值判断,并以"去伪存真、改善质量、功能再生"为具体的修复原则完成了最终的再生设计方案。"芙蓉学堂"虽不属于各类级别的文物保护单位,但它的重要性在于承载着众多微观层面的社会集体记忆,对其保护工作的价值在于关注和保留这些集体记忆,并使其得到有效的传承。 Historical heritage buildings carry collective memories of different level.The teaching department of heritage conservation of Shandong Jianzhu University and the folk literature and Art Association of Shibei district Qingdao had made the conservation design for the"FURONG School"buildings of Qingdao Furong Hill primary school.By using the research methods of document data collection,interview,deep visit,internet solicitation and on-site surveying and mapping,this paper makes a more thorough excavation of its history from the establishment to the beginning of liberation time,recovery of the"Furong School"historical original appearance.On this basis,makes a relatively objective value judgment of two existing historical buildings from the three aspects of history,building technology and architectural art and the final"conservation design is completed with the concrete principle of"eliminating the false,improving the quality and regenerating the function".Although the"FURONGSchool"buildings do not belong to any levels of heritage,their important value lies in carrying a number of micro-level social collective memory.The value of our job is precisely paying attention and preserve these memories,which could be effectively inherited.
