摘要
孔子两千多年前便在中国古代教育中阐释了教育个性化、教育人本化和教育终身化的人文教育理念,并在其私学教育中进行了"因材施教"的尝试。孔子在多年的教学实践中,通过个性培养、人文关怀、社群教育和终身教育,保证了育人的持续关联性,凸显了其"修道以仁"的人文教育理念。
More than two thousand years ago,Confucius explained the concept o f humanistic education in the education o f ancient China,including individualization o f education,humanized education and lifelong education,and tried to teach students in accordance with their aptitude in their private education.In many years o f teaching practice,Confucius has ensured the continuity o f education through personality cultivation,humanistic care,community education and lifelong education,highlighting its humanistic education concept.
