抗HP对儿童HSP疗效观察

Observation of Anti-HP in the Treatment of children with HSP

目的观察抗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)治疗对儿童过敏性紫癜(henoch schonlein purpura,HSP)的疗效影响。方法选取HSP且HP检查阳性的患儿163例,根据是否进行抗HP治疗分为观察组和对照组,观察组143例采用常规方案+抗HP治疗,对照组40例采用常规方案治疗。疗程均为10 d,观察比较两组疗效。结果两组患者疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对亚分组中腹型HSP患儿比较分析发现,对照组与观察组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HP阳性的HSP患儿是否抗HP治疗,其治疗有效率相似,但在腹型HSP患儿中,抗HP可明显提高HSP治疗有效率。

Objective To explore the therapeutic scheme of improving the curative effect of children with henoch schoulein purpura.Methods 163 cases of children with allergic purpura and Helicobacter pylori positive were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to whether the anti-HP treatment was carried out.Results There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups.The difference was no statistial sighificance.(P=0.72).with the subgroup analysis,the comparison between the control group and the experimental group,the difference was significant.The difference was statical significance.(P=0.035).Conclusion Children with henoch schonlein purpura,whether anti helicobacter pylori treatment,the effective rate of treatment was similar,but in the case of abdominal type,radical treatment of helicobacter pylori infection after treatment of allergic purpura effective rate increase significantly.
