Health Survey of Sleep for 640 Cases from Community Residents

目的调查郑州市≥18岁人群睡眠健康状况,探讨不同人群的睡眠质量特点。方法采用无记名调查问卷的形式随机对郑州市≥18岁人群进行调查。共发放调查问卷800份,回收问卷790份,回收有效问卷640份。结果有效问卷调查共计640人,男性359人,女性281人。47%(127/273)的青年人在22∶01-23∶00入睡;40%(109/276)的中年人在21∶01-22∶00入睡,46%(42/91)的老年人在21∶01-22∶00入睡。88%(239/273)的青年人在5∶01-7∶00起床。76%(209/276)的中年人在4∶01-6∶00起床。78%(71/91)的老年人在4∶01-6∶00起床。77%(211/273)的青年人、64%(177/276)的中年人、68%(62/91)的老年人睡眠时长约6~8 h。87.91%的青年人、75.00%的中年人和79.12%的老年人,自觉睡眠满意,总体睡眠满意率为81.09%。56.04%的青年人、77.17%的中年人和83.52%的老年人睡眠充足,总体睡眠充足率为69.06%。结论约70%郑州市民睡眠时长、质量和充足度良好,仍有30%的市民睡眠未达到健康水平。

Objective To investigate the sleep healthy status of aged 18 and over 18 years old,and to explore the characteristics of sleep quality in different groups of people in Zhengzhou.A total of 800 questionnaires were distributed.Methods The investigation and analysis of the sleep health of 18 years and over 18 years old Zhengzhou citizens were carried.A total of 800 questionnaires were distributed,790 questionnaires were recovered.The valid questionnaires were 640.Results A total of 640 people were surveyed,359 male,281 female,male to female ratio was about 1:1.28.47%(127/273)of the young people fall sleep at 22:01-23:00.40%(109/276)of the middle-aged people fell sleep at 21:01-22:00.46%(42:91)of the old people fell asleep at 21:01-22:00,88%(239/273)of the young people get up at 5:01-7:00.76%(209/276)of middle-aged people got up at 4:01-6:00.78%(71:91)of the old people got up at 4:01-6:00.77%(211/273)of young people,64%(177/276)of middle-aged people and 68%(62/91)of the old people took about 6~8 hours to sleep.87.91%young people,75%middle-aged and 79%the old people was satisfied with their sleep.The overall sleep satisfaction rate was 81.09%.56.04%of the young,77.17%of the middle-aged and 83.52%of the old people had enough sleep.69.06%feel sleep enough.Conclusion About 70%of Zhengzhou people’s sleep time and quality are good well,but 30%of the people still do not sleep well.
