乳腺癌患者化疗前后心电图差异分析

Comparative analysis on ECGs of patients with breast cancer before and after chemotherapy

目的分析老年与非老年乳腺癌患者使用化疗药物后心电图改变的差异性。方法选取2014年1月至2016年12月我院住院患者中确诊为乳腺癌Ⅱ~Ⅲ期的152例患者,其中年龄≤60岁者80例(非老年组),年龄>60岁者72例(老年组)。所有乳腺癌患者化疗前心电图均为正常,对其进行6个周期化疗,观察每周期化疗后心电图的改变情况。结果 6个化疗周期结束后,(1)所有患者心电图改变的发生率为59.2%(90/152);(2)老年组心电图异常发生率显著高于非老年组,且差异有统计学意义(76.4%vs.43.8%,P<0.05)。结论无论是老年组还是非老年组,化疗对其心脏均会造成一定的损害。老年人使用化疗药物后比非老年人更容易出现心电图异常,故应在化疗过程中对60岁以上人群常规采取一定的预防措施来保护心脏。

Objective To analyze the difference between ECG changes of elderly and non-elderly patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods From the inpatients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016,152 cases diagnosed with stageⅡ-Ⅲbreast cancer were selected.They were divided into non-elderly group(≤60 years old,80 cases)and elderly group(>60 years old,72 cases).The ECGs of the enrolled patients were all normal before being treated by 6 periods of chemotherapy.ECG changes were observed after each period.Results After 6 periods of chemotherapy,(ⅰ)the incidence rate of ECG changes was 59.2%(90/152)among all the enrolled patients;(ⅱ)the incidence of ECG abnormalities in elderly group was significantly higher than that in non-elderly group with statistically significant difference(76.4%vs.43.8%,P<0.05).Conclusion Whether in the elderly group or in the non-elderly group,chemotherapy will cause damage to the heart.ECG abnormalities are commonly seen after chemotherapy in elderly people if compared with non-elderly people.Therefore,it is suggested to routinely take some preventive measures on patients over 60 to protect the heart in the process of chemotherapy.
