冠状窦导线拔除技术及其应用

摘要 随着心脏再同步化治疗适应证不断放宽,越来越多的患者需要拔除冠状窦导线。拔除导线的主要原因是感染和电极移位。本文介绍了主要的拔除技术,包括直接移除、血管内反牵引技术拔除导线、激光鞘管导线拔除、机械扩张鞘管导线拔除、旋切鞘导线拔除、下腔回收装置技术等;还介绍了主动和被动固定的冠状窦电极导线拔除及手术的并发症。 With the gradual expansion of indications for cardiac resynchronization therapy,more and more patients require coronary sinus(CS)lead extraction.The main reasons for lead extraction are infection and lead displacement.This paper mainly introduces extraction techniques including direct removal,intravascular retrograde traction,laser sheath,mechanical dilation sheath,spiral sheath and snare techniques.In addition,this paper also covers the removal of active and passive fixed CS lead,and complications of operation.
