基于SLP法的铁路物流中心平面布局*——以定州铁路物流中心为例

Research on the Plane Layout Planning of Railway Logistics Center Based on the System Layout Planning——Dingzhou Railway Logistics Center as an Example

铁路物流中心作为区域物流枢纽,其合理的内部功能区平面布局将显著提升物流中心的运作效率、有效降低铁路物流的运作成本、提升对货主的服务水平。系统布置设计方法(SLP)是一种将布局定量化的手段,该方法在对各个功能区块之间进行物流关系分析和非物流关系分析的基础之上,采用作业单位关系图法,确定物流中心功能区的平面布局方案。文中以定州铁路物流中心为例,运用SLP方法对其进行平面布局,验证SLP方法的可行性。

The reasonable function area planning of railway logistics centers is very important for decreasing the logistics cost,increasing the efficiency of operation and improving the customer service level.the system layout design method(SLP)could quantify the layout planning,by using logistics analysis and job-site relationship diagram,the relationship between logistics and non-logistics relationship is analyzed to form a functional area plan layout.this paper takes dingzhou railway logistics center as an example,used SLP method to carry on the layout of it and verifies the feasibility of SLP method.
