随着我国经济社会的发展,人们对包括新鲜果蔬等产品的要求越来越高,不仅要符合食品安全的要求,还希望购买到高品质的食品,社会对冷链物流的潜在需求不断增加。文中根据近几年的教学实践,对冷链物流课程的教学内容的取舍进行了探讨,给出了具体的教学方法,对改进我国冷链物流人才的培养进行了有益的探索。
