基于一带一路战略的高职国际工程物流管理专业建设研究

Study on the Construction of International Logistics Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Education Based on the “The Belt and Road”Strategy

"一带一路"战略推进了国际工程物流产业的快速发展。高职国际工程物流管理专业建设滞后,人才培养目标应用性和复合性较弱,与岗位需求不对接,难以适应产业发展需要。当前亟待创新人才培养模式,建立公共基础平台、专业技能平台、实践训练平台、职业证书平台"四平台"教学体系和产教融合的实训基地,推进专业的内涵发展。

The strategy of“The Belt and Road”has promoted the rapid development of international engineering logistics industry.The major of international engineering logistics management in vocational education is lagging.The objective of talent cultivation training was weak in applicability and complexity,which was difficult to meet the demands of job and industry development.At present,there is an urgent need to create talent cultivation training pattern and establish a“four platforms”teaching system,which include public elementary platform,professional skills platform,practical training platform and vocational certification platform,and a training base of integrating production with teaching,so as to promote the development of professional connotation.
