使用压缩式雾化器改进载银敷料的制备方法

A Method for Improving the Preparation of Silver Carrying Dressings by Using a Compressed Atomizer

根据银及其化合物的特点,为找到银与载体材料有效结合的方法,分析了目前国际市场上销售的各种含银医用敷料的制备方法,探讨使用压缩式雾化器改进载银敷料的制备方法。结果表明,使用医用雾化器应用于载银敷料的制备,具有操作简单,不需水作为传播介质,雾化颗粒细,不存在温度升高的危险性,对溶液及悬浮液都可雾化,结构小,功耗小,对环境的污染小等特点,可应用在医用敷料生产研发阶段,提高压缩泵的功率,易于工业化生产。

In order to find an effective method to combine silver ions with carrier materials,this paper is analyzing the preparation methods of all kinds of silver medical dressings sold in the international market and studying on the preparation method of improved silver dressing with compressed atomizer.It’s based on the characteristics of silver and its compounds.The results show that using medical atomizer to the preparation of silver carrying dressing,is characterized in that simple operation,no water needed as a media medium,fine atomized particle,no existing danger of rising temperature,atomization of solution and suspension,small structure,low power consumption and low environmental pollution.This atomizer can be applied to the research and development stage of medical dressings,improving the power of the compression pump,and also be applied to industrial production lines.
