摘要
目的:分析Hemotype全自动血型分析仪在血站血型检测中的应用及评价。方法:分于2016年4月~2017年6月选择本站15000例无偿献血者的枸橼酸钠抗凝标本作为研究对象。对所有标本采取手工法检测与Hemotype全自动血型分析仪检测两种方法。探讨检测结果。结果:手工法一次定型率为99.93%,全自动法一次定型率为99.92%。结论:Hemotype全自动血型分析仪在血站血型检测中的应用效果突出。
Objective:to analyze the application and evaluation of Hemotype automatic blood group analyzer in blood group blood group detection.Methods:From April 2016 to June 2017,the anticoagulant specimens of sodium citrate from 15000 free blood donors were selected as the research object.Two methods were used to detect all the specimens by manual method and Hemotype automatic blood type analyzer.The test results were discussed.Results:the one time stereotyping rate of manual method was 99.93%,and the rate of one time stereotyping was 99.92%Conclusion:the application of Hemotype automatic blood group analyzer in blood group detection of blood station is very effective.
