骶尾部藏毛窦在我国是一种少见的皮肤上含有毛发的窦道,其发病率近几年在我国具有明显上升的趋势,本文在查阅文献的基础上,对骶尾部藏毛窦的流行病学数据、发病机制、病理特征、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行了详细的综述,以便于更好地认识及治疗骶尾部藏毛窦。

Pilonidal sinus is a rare skin containing hair sinus in China,whose incidence rate has obvious upward in the recent years.Based on the review of pilonidal sinus,epidemiological data,pathogenesis,pathological features and clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment are summarized in detail in this paper,thus facilitating a better understanding and treatment of pilonidal sinus.
