摘要
经肛拖出式腹腔镜直肠癌超低位前切除术(LULAR)是一种经自然腔道取出标本的腹腔镜技术。标本经肛外翻,于直视下离断肿瘤远侧,确保足够的切缘;腹部无伤口,创伤小、恢复快。
Laparoscopic ultra-low anterior resection for rectal cancer by trans-anal specimen extraction is one of natural orifice specimen extraction surgeries(NOSES).Its merits include the direct-vision transection of distal tumor margin,ensuring a safe margin,and less invasion without abdominal incision,facilitating a faster recovery.
