正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形临床观察

Clinical observation of orthodontic combined with repair in the treatment of dentition defect accompanied by dentofacial malformation

目的分析牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者采用正畸联合修复方式治疗的临床效果。方法选108例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者,随机将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组54例。对照组单纯进行口腔修复治疗;治疗组实施口腔修复联合正畸治疗。结果治疗组患者口腔治疗优良率达到92.6%,显著高于对照组的70.4%(P<0.05);治疗组牙齿整齐度和咬合能力评分在治疗前后的变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组3例患者出现不良反应,少于对照组的10例(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者采用正畸联合修复方式治疗,能够大幅度改善牙齿咬合功能和美观程度,减少不良反应,提升治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of repair combined with orthodontic treatment in patients with dentition defect accompanied by dentofacial malformation.Methods 108 cases of dentition defect accompanied by dentofacial malformation patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 54 cases in each group.Control group was treated with simple oral repair;treatment group was treated with oral repair and orthodontic treatment.Results The superior rate of oral treatment in treatment group reach 92.6%,and which was higher than the 70.4%of control group(P<0.05).The variation amplitude of tooth uniformity and occlusal ability score of treatment group was higher than those of control group before and after the treatment(P<0.05).3 patients in the treatment group had adverse reactions,and were less than 10 cases in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Repair combined orthodontic in the treatment of dentition defect accompanied by dentofacial malformation can greatly improve the tooth occlusal function and aesthetic degree,reduce the adverse reactions and improve the therapeutic effect.
