中医针灸美容针结合体针治疗黄褐斑160例的临床应用价值分析

Clinical value analysis of 160 cases of chloasma treated with cosmetic needle combination needle

目的评估美容针结合体针治疗黄褐斑的临床应用价值。方法抽选2016年5月至2017年12月本院接收、治疗的160例黄褐斑患者,依据不同治疗方法为标准分组:实验组(n=80例,予以美容针结合体针治疗),对照组(n=80例,予以体针治疗),同时观察、比对2组临床疗效。结果治疗1疗程后,实验组有效率96.25%(77/80),与对照组的82.50%(66/80)相比,有差异性(P<0.05);实验组皮损总积分(1.31±0.22)分,比对照组(2.57±0.47)分更低(P<0.05)。结论对黄褐斑患者展开专业治疗时,选用美容针结合体针治疗,临床疗效比单一体针治疗更有效,可在提升临床治疗有效率的基础上,改善皮损部位,具有较高的临床应用价值,可推荐。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Cosmetology needle combination needle for the treatment of chloasma.Methods From May 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital,receiving treatment of 160 cases of chloasma patients according to different treatment methods for the standard,divided into two groups:experimental group(n=80 cases,to the beauty of the needle with body acupuncture treatment),control group(n=80 cases,to acupuncture treatment,observation and comparison)and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups.Results After 1 courses of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.25%(77/80),which was 82.50%(66/80)compared with the control group(P<0.05).The total score of the skin lesions in the experimental group(1.31+0.22)was lower than that in the control group(2.57+0.47),(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with chloasma,when the professional treatment is carried out,the cosmetic needle plus body acupuncture is more effective than the single needle therapy.It can improve the location of the lesion on the basis of improving the effective rate of clinical treatment,and has high clinical application value,and it can be recommended.
