痤愈汤联合强脉冲光治疗面部寻常性痤疮临床疗效观察

目的探讨痤愈汤联合强脉冲光治疗面部寻常性痤疮临床疗效和安全性。方法将120例随机分2组,每组60例。其中对照组给予单纯采用强脉冲光治疗,治疗组给予采用痤愈汤内服联合强脉冲光。结果治疗组痊愈52例、显效3例、有效3例、无效2例、总痊愈率91.67%;对照组痊愈18例、显效17例、有效14例、无效11例、总痊愈率86.67%.采用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行统计学处理,计量资料以用χ2进行检验,当存在统计学差异时,P<0.05。结论痤愈汤联合强脉冲光治疗面部寻常性痤疮临床取得了比单纯采用强脉冲光治疗更好的临床效果,疗程缩短、疗效确切,顾客满意度高,是临床值得推广的一种治疗方法。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the CUOYU soup with intense pulsed light therapy treating acne vulgaris.Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated only with intense pulsed light treatment,the treatment group was given extra CUOYU soup.Results The treatment group 52 cases were recovered,effective in 3 cases,effective 3 patients,invalid 2 cases,efficiency of 91.67%;The control group 18 cases were recovered,effective in 17 cases,effective 14 patients,invalid 11 cases,efficiency of 91.67%.using SPSS13.0 software for statistical data processing,measuring data by chi-square test,P<0.05 statistically significant.Conclusion:the CUOYU soup with intense pulsed light therapy treating acne vulgaris has better clinical effect than only with intense pulsed light treatment.The shortening of treatment,curative effect,high customer satisfaction,so that is one of the treatments worth promoting.
