近些年自体肋软骨隆鼻术受到众多鼻整形医生及广大求美者的青睐,但是术后肋软骨移植物变形导致外鼻形态的改变一直是鼻整形术无法避免的痛点。本文主要针对自体肋软骨隆鼻术后肋软骨移植物变形的发生率、物理力学基础、发生时间、影响因素、手术预防措施以及矫治策略等几方面进行系统阐述,希望能够增强对肋软骨移植物变形的进一步了解,同时也能为隆鼻术前评估、雕刻术式及缝合方式等的选择以及术后随访提供可靠依据。

In recent years,augmentation rhinoplasty with autogenous costal cartilage has been favored by many rhinoplasty doctors and the patients.However,the changes of the external nasal morphology caused by the deformation of the costal cartilage grafts have been the pain points that cannot be avoided.This article mainly focuses on the occurrence of the deformation,the physical and mechanical foundation,the occurrence time,the influencing factors,the operation preventive measures and the postoperative strategy.We hope that this article could enhance the further understanding of the deformation of the costal cartilage grafts and provide reliable evidence for preoperative evaluation,the selection of carving methods and the suturing techniques,as well as the postoperative followup.
