提高自体脂肪移植成活率临床研究进展

Progress of clinical study on improving the survival rate of autologous fat transplantation

自体脂肪具有良好的填充效果和可塑性,而且取材创伤性小,是临床常用的软组织填充材料。自体脂肪移植的主要优势在于生物相容性好,获取方便快捷,但是脂肪细胞移植后易吸收,远期成活率相对较低,还存在一定比例的感染几率,可能会严重影响患者的外形与容颜修复结果,因此在临床应用方面受到了限制。本次研究参考大量的国内外相关文献,针对获取脂肪的方法、脂肪的处理、脂肪的注射等可能影响自体脂肪移植成活率的各方面因素进行了综述,以期能为临床提高自体脂肪移植成活率提供理论依据。

At present,autologous fat transplantation has become one of the key techniques of shading and beauty,and has been widely used in clinic.The advantage of autologous fat transplantation is that it has sufficient source and easy to obtain.Because of the easy absorption of fat cells,the long-term survival rate is relatively low after transplantation,the infection rate is relatively high,which seriously affects the appearance and appearance improvement results.Many researchers have carried out many studies to improve the survival rate of autologous fat transplantation.In this paper,the survival rate of autologous fat transplantation is reviewed according to domestic and foreign literatures.
