摘要 目的探析肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿患者血清相关因子的变化。方法临床选择我院2016年3月-2016年10月本院收治的肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿(CPFE)病人40例,同期选择单纯肺气肿病人40例,特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)病人40例,应用ABC-ELISA法检测全部研究对象的胰岛素生长因子-I(IGFI)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)等临床指标情况;评估CPFE组与IPF组、CPFE组与肺气肿组病人的IGF-I、VEGF、TGF-β1等临床指标情况;评估比较IPF组与CPFE组患者的血清相关因子水平。结果肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿病人的IGF-I、VEGF、TGF-β1等临床指标情况显著高于肺气肿组,差异显著(P<0.05);特发性肺间质纤维化病人的IGF-I、VEGF、TGF-β1等临床指标显著高于肺气肿组,差异显著(P<0.05);IPF组的IGF-I、VEGF、TGF-β1等临床指标显著高于CPFE组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿病人的血清相关因子水平显著升高,血管内皮生长因子参与形成肺间质纤维化,IGF-I、TGF-β1同时起协同作用。 Objective To study the changes of serum factors in CPFE(combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema)patients.Methods 40 CPFE patients from March 2016 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected.40 patients with pulmonary emphysema and 40 IPF(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis)patients were also selected.Through ABC-ELISA methods,the clinical indexes of IGF-I,VEGF and TGF-β1 were detected and evaluated.The serum factors were compared between the IPF group and the CPFE group.Results The clinical indexes of IGF-I,VEGF and TGF-β1 were significantly higher in the CPFE group than in the emphysema group(P<0.05).The clinical indexes of IGF-I,VEGF and TGF-β1 were significantly higher in the IPF group than in the emphysema group(P<0.05).The clinical indexes of IGF-I,VEGF and TGF-β1 was significantly higher in the IPF group than in the CPFE group(P<0.05).Conclusion For CPFE patients,the serum factors are greatly improved.During the process of pulmonary fibrosis,the index of VEGF with synergistic effect of IGF-I and TGF-β1 is involved.
