摘要
合成和表征了一种以喹啉为荧光团的锌离子探针FP1,并研究了它的荧光性质。结果显示,FP1对Zn^(2+)具有较好的选择性和灵敏度,响应快,抗干扰能力强,它对Zn^(2+)的线性响应范围在0.2~3.8μmol/L之间,与Zn^(2+)之间的结合比为1∶1。FP1能可视化识别Zn^(2+),在不同水样中对Zn^(2+)的检测表明它在环境污染监测领域将具有潜在的应用价值。
A fluorescent probe FP1 for the detection of Zn2+was synthesized and characterized by employing quinoline as a fluorophore,and its fluorescence properties had been researched.The results showed that FP1 demonstrated relatively good selectivity and sensitivity to Zn2+,it had fast response and strong anti-interference ability.The linear response range of FP1 to Zn2+was from 0.2 to 3.8μmol L-1.It also exhibited a complexation ratio towards Zn2+of 1∶1.FP1 could be used to the visual recognition of Zn2+,and the determination of Zn2+of various water samples indicated that it had potential application in the monitoring of environmental pollution.
