大连市少数民族流动人口社会融入问题研究

Social Inclusion of the Floating Population of Ethnic Minorities in Dalian City

针对快速城镇化背景下,少数民族流动人口在生活习惯、价值观、宗教信仰和民族文化等方面的差异对他们的社会融入带来的挑战,基于社会融入视角,以大连市少数民族流动人口为调研对象,采取问卷调查和访谈的方法,从经济生活、社会适应和心理认同三个维度考察大连市少数民族流动人口的社会融入现状;从宏观、中观和微观三个层面分析制约大连市少数民族流动人口社会融入的影响因素。在实地调研和理论分析的基础上,从四个层面提出促进大连市少数民族流动人口社会融入的对策建议。

Under the background of rapid urbanization,more and more ethnic minorities enter the city,which has brought new challenges to the social inclusion of the floating population of ethnic minorities due to their differences in ways of living,value orientation,religious beliefs and ethnic cultures.By means of questionnaire and interview,this paper attempts to investigate the social inclusion status of the floating population of ethnic minorities in Dalian city from the aspects of economic situation,social adaptation,and psychological identity and analyzes the factors restricting the social inclusion from macro,medium and micro dimensions.Based on survey and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions on how to promote the social inclusion of the floating population of the ethnic minorities in Dalian city.
