摘要
针对电网公司运行的高压断路器合闸线圈长期频繁故障,导致损失电网负荷,增加电网运行风险,降低供电可靠性的现象,研发了一种基于DSP的新型智能断路器合闸线圈保护装置。相对于传统的断路器合闸线圈保护装置,采用了单独的外接式电源,通过程序智能的判断断路器的运行状态,当断路器发生故障或者不满足合闸要求时,保护装置智能的切换断路器的控制回路,以达到保护合闸线圈的目的。此外,装置完全独立于断路器的控制回路,对原断路器的控制回路不造成任何干扰。即使保护装置发生异常,也不会对断路器的正常运行造成影响。
Considering that the closing coil of the high-voltage circuit breaker operated by the grid company encounters frequent failures for a long time,resulting in loss of grid load,increase of grid operation risk and decrease of power supply reliability,this paper describes the development of a novel intelligent DSP-based protection device for the closing coil of the circuit breaker.Compared with traditional protection devices for the closing circuit of the circuit breaker,the presented device adopts a separate external power supply,and the operational state of the circuit breaker is judged intelligently through programs.When the circuit breaker falls in failure or does not meet closing requirements,the protection device will switch over the control loop of the circuit breaker intelligently so as to protect the closing coil.Moreover,being completely independent of the control loop of the circuit breaker,the device does not produce any interference upon the original control loop of the circuit breaker.Even if the protection device becomes abnormal,that will not affect normal operation of the circuit breaker.
