摘要 阐述了画家座椅的基本工作原理,通过PLC控制电机等设备实现了座椅的升降与移动,提出了具体的升降传动方案和PLC控制流程。系统具有操作简便、运行稳定流畅、安全可靠的特点,既保证了画家的人身安全,又节省了创作时间,提高了创作效率。 This paper describes the basic working principle of the painter’s seat,realizes its rise/fall and movement through PLC-controlled motor and other equipment.It presents a concrete lifting transmission approach as well as PLC control flow.The proposed system,characterized through simple control,stable smooth operation as well as safe and reliable movement,can not only guarantee the painter's personal safety,but also save his creation time and raise his creation efficiency.
