摘要
针对微型隔膜泵尺寸和结构上的特殊性,建立简化的隔膜三维数值模型,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行结构非线性分析,同时建立简化的三维结构的隔膜腔及隔膜的数值模型,采用Workbench中的数据调用功能对其进行流固耦合瞬态分析,最后通过对比两组模拟结果,得出针对隔膜真实工况下最合理的数值模拟方法,从而指导隔膜的设计。
Abstract:In allusion to the specificity of size and structure in the micro diaphragm pump,a simplified three-dimensional symmetric finite element model of diaphragm was established,and laid bare the structural non-linear analysis by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,while a simplified three-dimensional symmetrical structure whole finite element model of the diaphragm chamber and diaphragm was established and laid bare the analysis for fluid-solid coupling by using the function of date calling in Workbench.At last,in order to elicit a reasonable numerical simulation method,two sets of simulation results have been comparing,so as to guide reasonable diaphragm design.
