柴油机与液力变速箱在修井机设计中的匹配计算 被引量:1

摘要 液力变速箱通过液力变矩器和减速箱增大输出扭矩、降低转速来匹配工程设备输入特性要求。基于液力变速箱优良的输出性能,正确理解柴油机与液力变速箱的输出和输入特性,通过柴油机与液力变速箱的共同工作特性曲线,判断其是否达到最优工作特性,合理选择液力变速箱和柴油机,使液力变速箱具有最大初始扭矩,可有效提高修井机的行驶性能和钻修井作业性能。 Through hydraulic torque converter and reducer,the hydraulic transmission increases output torque and reduces the rotation speed to match the input characteristics requirements of engineering equipments.Based on the excellent output performance of hydraulic transmission,the output and input characteristics were correctly understood.By the together working characteristics curves of diesel engine and hydraulic transmission,whether its reaching the optimum working characteristics was defined.Reasonable choice of hydraulic transmission and diesel engine could make the hydraulic transmission have the maximum initial torque,also could effectively improve the driving and operating performance for work-over rig.
