摘要
一种空间三轴六端交叉的传动机构设计方案,可应用于多种不同领域的机械上。传动机构采用空间齿轮传动的设计,将传动轴拆分为二节绕开三轴之间的交点,实现同步等速旋转;空间齿轮采用异向分组设计,使每对传动轴转向可控;每组齿轮组采用等比设计,实现共轴等速输出;异组中相应的同族齿轮体积存在一定比例差,避免齿轮干涉,使每组齿轮互不影响,实现空间同心的三个相交轴上每对输出轴端的同步、同向的输出并解决三轴相交所产生的干涉问题。
A design scheme of transmission mechanism with three axis and six ends of space,applied to machinery in many different fields.The drive mechanism adopts the design of space gear drive,split the drive shaft into two sections,bypassing the intersection among the three shafts,for synchronous same speed rotation;The spatial gear is designed by different direction grouping,make each pair of transmission shafts rotation direction controllable;Each gear set is designed with equal ratio,make each pair of transmission shafts have same speed output;There is a disparity of size of the corresponding gear in different groups,avoid gear interference,make each gear do not affect each other,for each synchronization have the same speed and the same direction,And solve the interference problem caused by the intersection of axes.
