摘要
以RS775-3860型直流电机为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件建立三维模型,再利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对电机线圈与碳刷接触副三维温度场进行有限元仿真分析。结果表明:电机额定电压下空载正常工作时,电机损坏的主要原因是由于电机碳刷的磨损;电机额定电压下由于发生故障堵转,此时电机损坏的主要原因为电机线圈温度过高而烧坏。电机启动时由于摩擦和转子线圈电阻较大,导致启动时电机升温速度较快。定期维护电机并更换电机碳刷等易损坏零部件可延长电机寿命。
Continuous current dynamo whose model is RS775-3860 was chosen as the subject of analyzing in this paper,building the three-dimensional model of electric machine with Pro/E software.By finite element analysis software of ANSYS workbench,conducting the finite element simulation analysis of sub three dimensional temperatures field where motor coil approaches the carbon brush.The result suggested that the main cause of the damage of electric machine is the abrasion of motor carbon brush when the machine is no-load working under the rated voltage.When the motor of electric machine was locked under the rated voltage due to a fault,the main cause of the damage of electric machine is that the temperature of motor coil is too high resulting being burned now.The great friction and rotor coil resistance will lead the motor temperature to rising rather fast when the motor starts up.Regular maintenance of the motor and replacement of motor carbon brushes and other vulnerable parts can extend the life of motor.
