摘要
船用高压油泵作为发动机的一部分,目前对其动态特性研究较少。采用有限元求解的方法对船用高压油泵壳体的动态特性进行研究。利用Pro/E软件建立了高压油泵壳体三维模型,利用ABAQUS软件建立其有限元模型,并在ABAQUS中求解了高压油泵壳体的前三十阶模态振型及其表面振动响应,并得到了高压油泵壳体的当量振动烈度,为后续辐射噪声计算及结构改进提供了参考依据。
Marine high pressure oil pump as a part of the engine,the dynamic characteristics of the research method in this paper by using the finite element solution was used to study the dynamic characteristics of high pressure oil pump shell on the ship.A high pressure oil pump shell three-dimensional model using Pro/E software,establish the finite element model by Abaqus software,and in Abaqus solution high pressure pump casing thirty mode and the surface vibration response,and obtained the equivalent vibration intensity of the high-pressure oil pump shell,as a reference for the subsequent radiation noise and improvement of structure.
