水管锅炉焊缝质量检测标准对比研究

Comparison Research on Standards Pertaining to Inspection of Welds of Tubular Boiler Components

不同国家标准体系对水管锅炉焊缝的质量检测要求有所不同,就中国标准体系、美国标准体、欧盟标准体系对水管锅炉焊缝质量检测的要求进行了对比分析,简要阐述了不同标准体系的主要特点及各自的异同点,有利于更加深入地理解水管锅炉焊缝质量检测要求。通过对比分析,认为在水管锅炉焊缝检测规定方面,中国标准与国际先进标准体系有一定差异,在系统性及可操作性上与国际同类先进标准相比尚有可改进之处。

Different standards issued by different countries have different requirements concerning quality inspection of the welds of tubular boilers.The requirements in respect of quality inspection of the welds of tubular boilers in EU standard system,American standard system and Chinese standard system are compared and analyzed and the principal features of each of these standard system and the main discrepancies among are briefed,helping in better understanding the requirements for controlling the welds quality of tubular boiler components.Through comparison study,it is believed that there is still a gap between the national standards and the foreign standards in the aspect of welds quality inspection of tubular boilers and the Chinese standards can be further improved in their completeness and operability.
