风电系统全风速段下双模变桨距控制 被引量:3

Dual-Mode Variable Pitch Control of Wind Power System at all Wind Speed Regions

摘要 功率平稳输出与最大风能跟踪是风电机组在高、低两种不同风速下的控制目标,而当前变桨距控制的研究集中在高风速段,大部分是基于平衡点处的线性化模型,风力机偏离平衡点运行的动态性能较差,也不适用于低风速段。因此,针对高、低风速段的不同控制要求,设计了双模变桨距控制器:低风速段采用基于最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)的双PI控制,高风速段采用模糊自适应PID控制器,根据风速变化实时切换控制策略。最后,在Simulink平台下,通过与传统的PI控制器进行了仿真比较,验证了双模变桨距控制的控制效果。 The smooth power output and maximum wind energy tracking are the control targets of wind turbines at low and high wind speeds respectively.However,the research of pitch control is focused on the high wind speed and most of that is based on the linearized model at the rated power point.Therefore,the wind power system had bad dynamic performance in deviation from the rated point,not to mention the low wind speed region.In this paper,a dual-mode variable pitch controller is designed for different wind speed:a dual PI controller based on maximum power point tracking(MPPT)is adopted for low wind speed,and a fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed for high wind speed.What’s more,these two control strategies can be switched real-time according to wind speed.Finally,the control effect of the dual-mode variable pitch control is verified by comparing with the traditional PI controller in Simulink.
