永磁无刷直流电机及其微机测控伺服系统研究 被引量:5

摘要 设计并实现了基于微机测控技术的无刷直流电机及其控制系统。针对无刷直流电机转矩波动过大的缺陷,首先根据现场的实际测控要求设计了合适的电机结构,并在此基础上利用改进多生境遗传算法对电机方案进行优化。之后确定了以TMS320F28335为控制核心的伺服系统的总体设计方案,并对伺服系统硬件进行了设计。为进一步抑制电机的换相转矩波动,提出混合分段式换相策略。在此基础上,设计了一套针对全数字无刷直流电机变频调速控制平台的主从分布式通信系统,使得主控计算机实现分散控制、集中处理的最优控制效果。通过有限元联合仿真及实验对无刷直流电机及伺服系统进行验证。所设计的基于微机测控技术的无刷直流电机控制系统在精密控制领域有着广泛的应用前景。 On the basis of Microcomputer Measurement and Control Technology,brushless DC motor(BLDC)and its control system are designed and realized in this paper.Taking excessive torque ripple of BLDC into consideration,a proper motor structure is firstly designed according to actual measurement and control requirements on the spot,then the motor scheme is optimized by improved multi-niche genetic algorithm.The overall design scheme and hardware circuit of servo system is subsequently determined,where TM S320F28335 is taken as the control core.The mixed sectional-type commutation strategy is proposed in order to restrain commutation torque ripple of BLDC.A master-slave distributed communication system of variable frequency speed regulation control platform based on full-digital Brushless DC motor is finally designed,on the basis of which,the optimal control effect--decentralized control and centralized processing is achieved.
