摘要
空调换热器是空调设备中的核心部件,生产工艺复杂,其中切片、螺丝锁付组装和折弯成形是三个关键的工序节点。由于分体式的空调换热器片管件具有规格多样、尺寸变形大、组装工艺多样等特点,目前这三个工序尚未能实现自动化生产,仍然采用劳动密集型的手工生产模式。针对分体式空调换热器片管件的特点,提出了相应的片管件高精度定位供料技术、自动化切片技术、拟人化的片管件组装技术,以及多工位水平式螺丝锁付技术,并据此设计了相应的自动化生产设备,实现了分体式空调换热器片管件切片组装成形的自动化生产。
The production process of split finned-tube heat exchanger which is an important component of air-conditioner is complicated.The cutting and bending of finned-tube,tightening of screws are three key processes in the production.Because of the various specifications,high deformation and various assembling processes,those three processes are difficult to be automated.However,the techniques of high precision positioning,automatic cutting,personification assembling and horizontal type screw-tightening are introduced in this paper,which make the automatic production of split finned-tube airconditioner heat exchanger to be realized with a specific production line.
