摘要
采用热压烧结技术制备了不同含量腰果壳油(CNSL)改性酚醛树脂基刹车片,研究树脂含量对刹车片力学性能和制动性能的影响,采用扫描电镜JSM-IT300对试样磨损表面进行分析。结果表明:腰果壳油改性树脂基刹车片的密度随着树脂含量的增加略微减少,硬度随着树脂含量的增加明显增大;摩擦系数随着制动压力与速度的增加先增加后减少,树脂含量在(26~28)%时,刹车片在不同制动工况下,摩擦性能较为稳定;低树脂含量试样(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)磨损机理为磨粒磨损,磨损较大;高树脂含量试样(Ⅲ、Ⅳ)摩擦表面形成较好的摩擦膜,摩擦稳定且磨损较小;制动压力与速度的增加有助于摩擦膜的形成。
Four different contents of cashew nut shell oil(CNSL)modified phenolic resin matrix brake materials were prepared by P/M method.The effects of resin on mechanical and braking properties of brake materials were studied and the worn surfaces were analyzed by the scanning electronic microscopy(SEM).The results indicated that the density of the brake pads slightly decreases with the increase of resin content,but the hardness increased obviously.Friction coefficient increased at first and subsequently decreased with the increase of brake loads and speeds.With the resin content of(26~28)%,the materials present excellent friction and wear properties at different braking loads and speeds;The samples(Ⅰ,Ⅱ)with low resin content show abrasive wear and higher wear rate;Samples(Ⅲ、Ⅳ)of high resin content show lower wear rate due to forming good friction film on friction surface;The increase of braking load and speeds contributes to form the friction film.
