摘要
为了探索新的叶型设计方法,文章采用非均匀有理B样条(Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline,简称:NURBS)曲面成型技术尝试了涡轮叶型和流道构型的设计和仿真,主要设计过程为叶型NURBS曲面参数的计算、曲面型值点反算控制点的求解和NURBS曲面的构造方法,编制了通用的NURBS曲面成型函数工具箱。其中叶片吸力面与压力面的生成为分别进行拟合,在两面交界处达到了封闭,并提出可以通过对边缘点的节点细化(增加控制点列数),使两曲面片在数据上无限接近曲率一致,实现了NURBS技术在流道外形设计和仿真方面的应用。
In order to explore the new technique to designe the turbine blade,the Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline(NUR BS)surface construction algorithms were applied in this paper to design and emulate the balde and flow runner of the turbomachinery.The designing process of this research including following project:caculation the parameter of N URBS blade surface,anti-calculation the data points to control points,construction of NU RBS surface.Also the universl N URBS surface’s constrution and modification toolbox program were programmed.The blade suction and pressure surface were fitted separately and the border of them achieved closing.In addition,the research proposed that thining the control points near the edge of two blade surface by increasing the number of colums can make the curvature of two surfaces’border infinitely approach.All in all,this research achieved the application of NU RBS technology in flow channel’s design and simulation.
