摘要 飞机保障设备是飞机系统的重要组成部分,在众多的保障设备中,飞机托架是其中瞩目的一员。因为飞机维修过程中,几乎是不可或缺的设备。飞机托架的设计也是飞机系统设计工作的一部分。某型飞机是最近研制的一种新机型,该飞机比常规军用飞机要小,维修时需要提供的飞机托架离地高度远比常规军机的飞机托架离地高度要低。由于需要支撑的高度较低,而传统托架的螺旋式升降结构,升降行程受自身高度的制约,采用传统的托架设计,不能满足功能要求,必须另辟蹊径,设计一种新型的机构。利用通过挤压方式上升的原理,提供了一种全新的设计方案。在新设计方案中升降行程不再受自身高度的制约,而是受自身长度的制约。在需要顶支高度较低时,该新型的托架设计方案在满足需要支撑的同时还具有较大行程,并且运输体积小,降低了飞机的保障难度,还具有升降过程可以直接读数的特点。该设计方案可为此类设备的设计提供参考。 Aircraft support equipment is an important part of the aircraft system,the aircraft bracket is noticeable in many of the equipments.It is essential equipment during the aircraft maintenance process.Aircraft bracket design is also part of the aircraft system design.A certain type of new model aircraft is recently developed,the aircraft volume is smaller than the conventional military aircraft,so the height of the certain aircraft is lower than the conventional military aircraft,when it needs to be maintained.The common layout aircraft bracket which has spiral type lifting structure whose the travel distance is restricted by its height can’t meet the functional requirements in the condition of the low supporting height,another way must be found to design a new type of machine.It provides a new design scheme by using the rising principle of the extrusion method.In the new design scheme,the lifting distance is not restricted by its own height,but is limited by its own length.When the supporting height is low,the new bracket design scheme not only meet the need of function to support,but also has a long stroke and can be folded into small volume during transportation to reduce the aircraft logistical difficult,lifting distance can be known easily.This paper provides a design plan as reference for the design of this kind of equipment.
