摘要
针对现有振动试验台无法进行单独的振幅、激振频率的精准调节问题,研制了一种小型的医学用振动试验平台。介绍了该试验台的结构及设计难点,提出了解决方案:通过改变执行机构的原动件运动学尺寸调整振幅,通过对电机变频调速调整频率。介绍了关键零部件的定位、固定原理。基于继电器控制设计了试验台的电气控制系统,并给出了电气系统结构图。对样机的应用证明:该试验台可针对所需的细胞振动试验对振幅和激振频率做出精准的调节,且结构简单、操作简明,能进行间歇试验的自动操作,且成本低廉。
Aiming at the problems of existing vibration bedstand that amplitude and excitation frequency cannot be altered respectively and accurately,a new pint-sized medical vibration bedstand was designed and manufactured for cell vibration experiment.Its structure and design difficulty were introduced,and solution was proposed that amplitude can be altered by changing kinematics size of performing machine,and excitation frequency can be changed through frequency control of electromotor.Positioning and clamping of the key assembly and parts were carried out.Then the electronic control system of bedstand was designed based on relay control,and structure chart was shown finally.The using of bedstand proved that amplitude and excitation frequency can be altered respectively and accurately with easy and fast operation for experiments.Structure is simple and reliable.And intermittent experiments can be operated automatically.The bedstand has all these functions but low cost.
