摘要 目的建立并优化蓝刺头总黄酮提取工艺,为蓝刺头的开发及利用提供理论依据。方法以乙醇用量、乙醇体积分数、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,以蓝刺头总黄酮含量作为指标,采用正交试验对提取工艺进行优化。结果蓝刺头总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇用量12倍量、乙醇体积分数70%、提取次数3次、每次2 h。结论该提取工艺简单、高效,适用于蓝刺头总黄酮的提取。 O bjective To establish and optimize a method of extraction technology of total flavonoids from Echinops laizfolius,and provide a basis for development and utilization of Echinops latifalius.Metliods The extraction technology orthogonal experiment design with the content of total flavonoids as index and with ethanol dosage,ethanol concentration,extracting time and extracting frequency as factors.R esults The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids from laizfolius was 12 fold and 70%ethanol,3 times of extraction and 2 hour of reflux.C onclusion The extraction technology for the extraction of total flavonoids from Echinops latifalius.
