高效液相色谱法测定消癌平注射液中通关藤苷G含量

Content Determination of Tenacissoside G in Xiaoaiping Injection by HPLC

目的建立测定消癌平注射液中通关藤苷G含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Symmetry C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(45∶55),等度洗脱,流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μL。结果通关藤苷G质量浓度在4~80μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为98.58%,RSD为0.99%(n=9)。结论该方法准确、简便、可靠,可为消癌平注射液的质量控制提供参考。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of the tenacissoside G in Xiaoaiping Injection.M ethods Symmetry Ci8 column(250 mm x 4.6 mm,5(xm)was adopted,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric-acid water solution(45:55)with isocratic elution,the flow rate was 1 m L/m in,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,the column temperature was 25℃,and the sample size was 20μL,Results The tenacissoside G had good linear ralationship in the range of 4-80μgZ/mL.The average recovery rate was 98.85%,RSD was 0.99%(n=9).C onclusion The method is accurate,simple and reliable,which can provide reference for the quality control of Xiaoaiping Injection.
