升阳益胃汤改善功能性消化不良患者不良心理状态临床研究

Clinical Study on Shengyang Yiwei Decoction for Improving Adverse Psychological State of Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

目的观察升阳益胃汤治疗伴有不良心理状态的功能性消化不良(FD)患者的临床疗效。方法选择伴有不良心理状态的FD患者22例,采用自身前后对照的方法,予以升阳益胃汤,治疗1个月。结果与治疗前比较,治疗2周及4周后患者的症状积分均有所下降(P<0.05),焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较治疗前均有明显差异(P<0.05)。与治疗后2周相比,治疗后4周患者SAS和SDS评分均有改善,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论升阳益胃汤不仅能改善功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,还可改善其不良心理状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction for treating adverse psychological state of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).M ethods Totally 22 FD patients with adverse psychological state were selected.With self-control study,all the patients were given Shengyang Yiwei Decoction for a month.R esults After treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the symptom scores of the patients were all d ecreased(P<0.0 5),and the scores of SAS and SD Sw ere significantly different from those before treatm en t(P<0.0 5).Compared with 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS were improved after 4 weeks of treatment,but there was no statistical difference!P>0.0 5).C onclusion Shengyang Yiwei Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and adverse psychological state of FD patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
