摘要
目的探讨医院门诊骨质疏松症(OP)药物应用状况,为临床用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析医院门诊OP处方2 000份,统计用药情况,采用药物利用分析法,分析用药金额、用药频度(DDDs),评价各类药物在临床实际应用情况。结果骨化三醇、维D钙、阿仑膦酸钠及碳酸钙D3用药最多,分别占75.00%,7.50%,5.00%,5.00%;骨化三醇DDDs占首位,且用药金额排序与DDDs排序比值为1.0,同步性好。结论防治OP是一个漫长的过程,活性维生素D及代谢产物、双膦酸盐类、钙制剂是医院门诊常用治疗药物,DDD和DDDs等药物经济学数据对临床治疗具有较高的实际指导意义。
Objective To investigate the application of osteoporosis drugs in outpatient of our hospital,in order to provide reference for clinical medication.M ethods Totally 2 000 prescriptions of osteoporosis in our hospital were retrospective analyzed.The application of drug use was statistically analyzed,the sum of drug use and the frequency of drug use(DD D s)was analyzed,and the clinical application of various drugs was evaluated by drug utilization analysis method.R esults Calcitriol,Vitamin D calcium,alendronate sodium,calcium carbonate D3 were the most widely used drugs,accounted for 75.00%,7.50%,5.00%,5.00%,respectively.Calcitriol accounted for the first DDDs in outpatient prescriptions,the ratio of the order of sum of drugs use and DDDs was 1-0,and the synchronism was good.C onclusion The prevention and treatment of osteoporosis is a long process,and active vitamin D and its metabolites,bisphosphonates and calcium preparations are commonly used drugs in our hospital,DDD,DDDs and other drug economic data have higher practical significance for clinical treatment.
