农民创业环境研究:回顾与展望

A Review of Researches on Peasants' Entrepreneurial Environment

创业环境是影响创业活跃程度的关键要素,它的优劣直接影响农民创业的效果。从农民创业与经济社会发展关系、农民创业现状和阶段、影响农民创业的环境因素以及农民创业环境的评价五个方面对农民创业环境研究成果进行归纳和评价,并得出关于农村农民创业环境的研究数量较少,有针对性地提出优化和改善农民创业环境体制、机制与制度对于丰富创业理论十分必要的结论。

As a key factor influencing activities of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial environment influences peasants' entrepreneurial performance directly. The paper reviews and appraises the relative research about it from four aspects: the relationship between peasants' entrepreneurial activity and economic social development; the current situation and develop stage,the factors affecting peasants' entrepreneurial activity and the evaluation of peasants' entrepreneurial environment. Finally, the paper points out several problems on each topic that deserve research deeply.
