摘要
高职院校培养创新性技术技能人才,必然对教师教学方法提出要求。根据笔者在商务谈判课的授课经验,对当前商务谈判教学中存在的主要问题提出模拟谈判教学法,可弥补当前实训教学法的的不足,使理论与实践紧密结合。模拟谈判法涉及案例选取、小组分工、谈判前准备、模拟谈判演练以及模拟演练考评几个重要环节,对于商务谈判课程教学模式改革创新具有重要意义。
Cultivating innovative technicians generates the request of teacher's teaching method in Higher Vocational Colleges.Based on the authors experience in business negotiation course teaching and the current main problems of the teaching of business negotiation course,this paper puts forwards simulation negotiation teaching method to combine theory and practice,making up for any deficiencies in the current practice teaching.The simulated negotiation involves case selection,team division of labor,negotiation preparation,negotiation practice and simulation practice,the appraisal for business negotiation course.It is of great significance for business negotiation course teaching pattern reform and innovation.
