摘要
本研究以乐昌含笑实生苗为砧木,通过对砧木培育及处理、接穗选择、关键技术环节改良等方面进行总结探索,集成了一套乐昌含笑优树嫁接技术,平均嫁接成活率为83.4%,以期为乐昌含笑优树资源的保存和扩繁提供技术支撑。
With its seedling as rootstock the effects of different grafting methods such as rootstock breeding,the source of scions and improvement of key grafting techniques were researched to integrate a set of grafting techniques for plus tree of Michelia chapensis,the survival rate of grafting could achieved 83.4%,in order to provide a technical support for the preservation and propagation of germplasm resources of Michelia chapensis.
